We use what
we build.
Command Center is Ian’s own Agent Ops system. It connects business knowledge, relationships, priorities, assignments, and delivery work so he can see what an agent was asked to do and what came back.
The console keeps the context, recorded results, and linked evidence together. Agents and their connected tools do the work; Ian reviews the result and decides what happens next.
That experience informs how we build for clients, with each implementation shaped around their work and the control they need.
A home for learning
and community.
Ian designed and built LaunchBox, a platform for communities under their own brands. It brings conversations, courses, events, paid offers, and AI tools together.
He runs his own AI learning community on it, alongside other hosts. That gives him both the builder’s view and the day-to-day experience of preparing resources for members.

Ian was the solo builder of a shared AI workspace for a business community. It brought multi-model chat, images, video, copy tools, and business context together in one product.
